I told everyone to let them take down all the statues and change all the words but don't give them any money. At the end of the day, all they are is thieves. they don't give a shite about any of that other stuff, they just want to steal money.

I'm not a NO resident, but I'd like to see a sworn statement by this loon attesting that this use of taxpayer money is better than letting the residents of New Orleans keep their own hard-earned money which was confiscated from them at the point of a gun.
