But the weaker Trump looks the greater the chance for some idiot dictator to do something stupid.

It could be in Europe, but Aldo in Korea or because of Taiwan. Iran may do something, so could the Houthis.

These are dangerous times. The Trump in 2016 had the right stuff. The 2024 Trump has me worried.

Rosneft’s Kuibyshev Oil Refinery in Samara refinery hit again. This refinery has been hit more than Joe Frazier.

Interesting. Zelensky is supposed to be flying to NYC to meet Trump. So why would Ratcliff fly to Ireland to meet him? To give him documents to study on his way to the US, probably. The documents would be taken seriously if delivered by Ratcliff.

These documents could be added to the 52 documents Zelensky is already bringing...

Crude processing has now completely stopped, yet again. P.S: After the previous strikes on June 18 industry sources estimated that full repairs would take at least six months.

By the time of a September 20 strikes Russia managed to restart only part of the refinery, with the plant reportedly operating at around one-third of capacity by mid-August — only for both units to be hit again.

Followers of T1gerNate have known that this sector is the whole ball game in Donbas for like a year and a half.

Appropriate for this thread is that Europe in its quest to obtain Net Zero began to outsource crude oil refining to Russia 20 years ago and helped Russia to expand and modernize. Europe began cancelling plans for refinery expansion and upgrades as new refining capacity came online in Russia.

Even P66 cancelled a major project in Germany for a 220,000 BPD refinery, decommissioned the refinery and sold it to a terminal operator. The two big hydrocracker reactors were shipped to their Lake Charles refinery and have sat in a laydown yard for over a decade.

US exports of especially diesel began to rise around 2010.

As for Trump, I have not seen that he understands crude oil and refining since he was first elected. His weak spot IMO.
