Neither Russia nor Ukraine have much anti air left.
Russia appears to be out of manpads, i'm suprised they haven't mounted AA guns on top of the bridges of those tankers.

Good strategic move on Russia's part, should have a much greater impact on the war compared to Russia's normal targeting of kindergartens, hospitals, and apartment buildings.

And no, they're not targeting civilians purposely, only dual use infrastructure which Zelensky regime heavily relies on. In Kiev region strike 5 days ago they blew up a giant depot that was stored in the middle of a small suburban neighborhood. It was so obvious and so bad that the midget of Kiev finally spoke the truth instead of blaming the damage on Russia. I guess the civilians knew what they saw and wouldn't buy an alternative narrative.
