A few pipes and replace the loading hoses. Even if there were chicksans before, hoses are easy.

Part of his retirement package from DuPont up to the age of 95. The first thing he got when he retired was a license plate, "Spending my Kids' Inheritance" I took no offense due it was his money that he earned. He liked to travel and spent his money on that. First with mom before she died, then 2 years later remarried and traveled more. He loved dancing and they would go to retirees type dances with mom then later with 2nd wife. At 84 he complained that he didn't have to stamina to dance ever dance that one night a week. He could still function sexually at that age without ED meds. (Need I say, MY HERO?) The last several years he had dementia but was occasionally lucid just never when I visited. He was 95 when he died.

Okay, that's great... but you have to admit he's not really a good case study for the average American going into a nursing home in 2026?
Crap... sorry, Leopold.

Which county would they want to give up? It is disrespectful to the heroes of '56 to speak like this."

Ukraine will be the arsenal of Europe in the future and will compete directly with the US defense industry for contracts globally.

Zelensky said Ukraine built a large-scale defense industry over four years. The sector now produces missiles, drones, interceptors, artillery, armored vehicles and robotic systems. He described it as the foundation of national strength, precision and independence, highlighting the role of defense industry workers.

The future is already on the front line – and Ukraine is building it. These are our ground robotic systems. For the first time in the history of this war, an enemy position was taken exclusively by unmanned platforms – ground systems and drones. The occupiers surrendered, and the operation was carried out without infantry and without losses on our side.
Ratel, TerMIT, Ardal, Rys, Zmiy, Protector, Volia, and our other ground robotic systems have already carried out more than 22,000 missions on the front in just three months. In other words, lives were saved more than 22,000 times when a robot went into the most dangerous areas instead of a warrior. This is about high technology protecting the highest value – human life.

Hungarian election winner Magyar opposes fast-track EU membership for Ukraine
Almost no EU nations support a fast-track Ukrainian membership (maybe a couple of the Baltics). Basically everyone wants Ukraine to go through the regular process. Magyar is simply putting Hungary in line with most of the EU.
The required anti-corruption systems and judicial reforms are obviously important for Ukraine, given the past history of political corruption there. That would put full EU integration on a timeline of 2032 or so, assuming there are no major problems. The war could obviously delay the timeline.

Yet another attack on the Donetsk airport. If the Russians insist on using this airport for launching and storing the Shahed drones, the impetus to destroy the manufacturing site at Yalabuga will not be as critical. Just wait for the Russians to bring in the drones for storage here and then hit them.

Great innovation, but scary in long term implication.

Also why only idiots, including Putin, claimed that Ukraine was about to join NATO. Ukraine's goal was to apply for membership to the EU and its citizens backed this as a way to clean up corruption.

If you think you've seen war crimes, wait until we have wars with guys thousands of miles away in a warehouse full of computers controlling real life Terminator robots armed to the teeth.

I mean Putin claimed it to try to justify his unjustifiable invasion

And the clueless gobbled it up.
To join NATO takes years and a lot of hurdles to clear, including cleaning up corruption. This is one reason that Russia pulled out of being a partner with NATO when it wasn't allowed to bypass the hurdles. Sweden and Finland were easy because they had already cleared all of the hurdles and were fully integrated militarily with NATO for years

Yes, and most of us knew he was lying except for some in the original thread thst felt Putin was trying to save Western Civ or he was invading for religious reasons or to get at the Nazis.
I think all those types left the thread.
