I'm certain that there is an Isomerization unit there to turn the condensate into octane enhancing isomerate to gasoline as well as a butamer unit to isomerize N butane into Iso butane.

Need to give the Iran protestors a couple of hundred thousands of those Ukraine FPV attack drones.

A major fire broke out at the Ust-Luga oil port in Russia’s Leningrad region following a large-scale Ukrainian drone attack overnight on March 25, the second critical Baltic Sea export hub to be set ablaze this week following a similar strike on the nearby Primorsk port on Monday.
Ust-Luga port, one of Russia's largest multipurpose outlets on the Baltic Sea with capacity to handle approximately 700,000 barrels of oil per day, was sealed off after several oil storage reservoirs were set on fire. Russia’s Defense Ministry claimed to have shot down 389 Ukrainian drones across the country overnight, with at least 56 intercepted over the Leningrad region.
In the Monday attack, drone attacks triggered fires at fuel storage tanks in Primorsk while neighboring Ust-Luga also suspended operations amid the barrage before partially resuming loadings. The disruption hits a key artery for Russian oil flows into global markets at a time when supply is already strained by Middle East instability. Primorsk is a cornerstone of Russia’s export system, shipping Urals crude and low-sulfur diesel to international markets, including volumes linked to the so-called “shadow fleet” used to bypass Western sanctions. Industry data indicates the port has capacity of roughly 1 million barrels per day, with annual throughput reaching tens of millions of tons.

The disruption of these two critical hubs, which together manage roughly 60% of Russia’s maritime oil flow, has contributed to global supply concerns, with oil prices soaring amid simultaneous tensions in the Middle East. The strikes are part of a sustained Ukrainian campaign aimed squarely at Russia’s energy export system, with repeated hits on refineries, storage hubs, and key terminals.
Earlier attacks have already disrupted flows from Novorossiysk on the Black Sea and knocked out loading capacity at Primorsk for days last year. Now, with Baltic exports under strain and Middle East supply still constrained, markets are being forced to absorb disruptions from two critical fronts at once, tightening available barrels and driving renewed volatility across both crude and refined products.

Plus the heat from the fires is going to make deck work very difficult. Best option would to clear the deck of personnel and order full back and snap them.
Vessel on right is also unballasted, so won't respond well to the helm. But now is not the time for finesse.
Those who go to sea...

We would have to find some protestors first.

More information: A Ukrainian drone strike hit Transneft-Port Primorsk in Russia’s Leningrad region on March 23, targeting berths 1, 2, 4, 8 and 9. Fires broke out on tankers, with confirmed burning at a light oil products terminal, suggesting up to five of six berths were affected and significant disruption to port operations.

It’s utterly amazing.
The Ukrainians have chronic personnel shortages and yet the Russians still can’t do jacks!t against them.
A year from now the Ukrainians are still going to be shorthanded and the Russians are still going to be screwing it up.

For every dollar Denmark spends on Ukraine, France sends 7 cents, Italy 7 cents, the US zero. Denmark has given 3.25% of GDP—the highest in the world.
On election day, Ukraine barely comes up. Not because Danes don't care—70% agree on keeping the support going.
A reporter walked Aarhus asking voters. Out of 40–50 people, one disagreed. His wife interrupted him. []
If all NATO countries had matched Denmark, Ukraine would have received $2 trillion—not $350 billion.

Every night. This pattern of attacks on the Primorsk - Ust Luga complex will continue as long as the Ukrainians still have the long range drones in supply. The Russians clearly have no adequate air defense systems there and will have to move systems covering other targeted sites to try to stop these attacks.
Knowing that moving the AD systems away from other targets makes them vulerable, owners of these uncovered targets will fight against this. So the assignment of remaining AD systems will become a political football.

Ukraine has been striking key energy infrastructure and other targets in Russia’s Leningrad region for three consecutive days:
• March 24 — Primorsk port, one of Russia’s largest Baltic oil export hub with capacity of up to ~75 million tons per year?
• March 25 — Ust-Luga port, handling over 100 million tons of cargo annually, including oil and LNG?
• March 25 — Vyborg, where the Project 23550 ice-class patrol ship Purga partially sank at the shipyard?
• March 26 — Kirishi (KINEF) refinery, one of Russia’s largest refineries with processing capacity of around ~20 million tons per year.
