First satellite image of the consequences of the strike on the Russian S-400 positions in Novorossiysk.

Judging by the visible damage, the strike occurred in the area marked in yellow.

If the launchers have not changed their positions since the previous satellite image, it can be assumed that at least 3 S-400 launchers were destroyed as a result of the strike (one launcher in the indicated sector, second counting from above, in the satellite image from November 11 is most likely a decoy).

Ukrainian sources claim destruction of four S-400 launchers and two radars - 96N6 and 92N6, it is claimed that in total approximately 12 S-400 "Triumph" launchers were located on the territory of the military unit.

I want to know about the pumps sending oil out to 3 each single point mooring buoys offshore. A few months back two were out of commision.

Here is a strong explanation of why the Russians are having issues moving forward and why, even with the enormous recourse advantage, they are going to struggle to consistently hold on to their gains. It goes into changes caused by drones, the need for combined arms, and a number of other important points. Highly recommend.

Part of the money the energy minister was stealing was earmarked to defend power supplies from Russian attacks.

This zelensky crowd really doesnt care if their people freeze to death, anything for their 30 pieces of silver.

Just shameful.

If they just held elections the Ukrainian people could get rid of this Nuland crowd and stop all this nonsense. Ah but of course we drafted a constitution where a dictator cannot be removed during a war.....then started a war....and became a dictator.....how convenient.

I so deeply admire your consistent concern for the welfare of the Ukrainian people. It's so tragic that Russia is being forced to kill so many innocent civilians.

This has been covered ad nauseum. Ukraine has a constitution. Goobers like you don't seem to get that an election would be illegal unless the legislature declares the war is over.

Dayum you are great at getting things wrong.

Strange development. Unless this is an old photo or vessel is just tied up and not loading. Will have to keep an eye on this.

It's two now and they are docked but are they loading?

That being said, if a number of old loading hoses instead of modern chicksans (loading arms) could be used with jury rigged pumps. The Tank farm is at a much higher elevation away from the port a tad over 3 miles inland. So, gravity could be used but at a much slower rate than pumps.

From this port berthing, only the lower (southern) tanker is docked at an oil loading berth. The second vessel is berthed at the grain wharf. Could be another crude tanker waiting its turn though as I doubt they are conducting grain operations now. -

They can certainly gravitate from the hillside storage if the valving survived the attack. But as we know from water-hammer experience, valve damage can take place far up or down the pipeline. Closed valves won't open, open valves won't close. From an attack like this it could be worse as it would be involving numerous pipelines. But if they find enough operable valves between tank farm and dock manifold, they can in that manner load. But by gravitation, even from elevated storage such as this, 500k to 1 million barrels will take 2-3 days minimum for just one tanker. Maybe longer, depending on pipeline diameter and number of pipelines operable.

They do have chicksans at these berths as I saw a video of the attack taken from the bridge of the vessel berthed there during the attack. Unfortunately they were disconnected at the time, probably by means of the emergency disconnect system as there was also a fire at the vessel manifold location. Also, just a guess but I would expect the vinyl seat of the captain's bridge chair was a constructive total loss.

Thanks GOP, I think the rest of the world is realizing as well, what is Russia's shall be returned to the Motherland. Its a shame the Nuland gang couldnt leave the Russians in Donetsk alone and forced this issue.

Tough guy and a group of his far right street thugs ambushed some Ukrainian soldiers by flying a false Ukrainian flag. He then tortured and murdered them, sending out photos of this on social media. Always the smart option...

When it seemed that the Russian army had plans for him, tough guy made a run to Finland under an assumed name and asked for political asylum. The Finnish Supreme Court released him from custody though. At this point the Ukrainians sent the Finnish authorities photographic evidence of his war crimes and tough guy was arrested at the border and returned to Helsinki.

The Finns would rather not be complicit in this guy's treatment in Ukraine. But Kyiv's extradition request is evergreen in case the Finns change their minds. And they will...

Igor Girkin, the former military leader of the Donbas Russian separatists and now a prisoner, writes:

“It is highly likely that Nicolás Maduro will soon relocate to an elite suburb of Moscow, joining Yanukovych and Assad. Russia has no means to assist him other than an emergency evacuation. And we will have to mourn the money we poured into Venezuela.”

“At the front, reserves continue to be spent at a frantic pace in an effort to inflict maximum damage on Ukraine and force it to accept ceasefire terms favorable to Russia. But this will only happen if Western military aid stops completely and Ukraine runs out of manpower — something we should not currently expect.”

“Russia does not possess the forces necessary to deliver a strategic defeat to Ukraine or to occupy the regions of interest to us. Any talk of capturing all of Ukraine or even most of it is no longer relevant.”

“The war of attrition that we are waging is also working against us, which is why Kyiv hopes that it will ultimately prevail.”
