By the definition that the only way Russia wins is if they take over the entirety of the Ukraine. The Ukrainians know they can’t push the Russians out, or at least not without help. So their plan is simply to survive.
The way they do that is to deny the Russians long enough so that Russians are forced to quit. Think of the Americans during our revolution, or the Taliban in the recent war in Afghanistan- it’s the same principle.
As a result it doesn’t matter how much land the Russians have taken this far, and even if by some miracle of God the Russians DO conquer all of the Ukraine - which won’t happen - the Russians are facing the worst insurgency you could imagine. All of this before the Ukraine figured out how to destroy Russias economy.
All the Ukraine has to do is stay alive and fight. Sooner or later the Russians will lose. General Kellogg knows this, General Cain knows this, and that’s why they told Trump the truth - Russia isn’t winning despite what the Russians say.

Except Russia already has control of their must-haves from this conflict (Crimea and a 'land bridge' to it). You already said Ukraine won't push them out.
Ukraine faces demographic collapse and the complete erosion of their military. They are already reliant on western aid for weapons. To simply put that the existence of the state of Ukraine is a victory is wayyyy too much of a simplification.
Its hard to say either side is winning with the amount of death and destruction occurring.

Leopold I don’t believe either side is winning, but you make a good point.
Germany, France and England all lost WWI even though they were on opposite sides.
Every war doesn’t have a winner and a loser.

You've said this before and I've never quite understood what exactly you meant.
France and England gained "soft empires" in how they divided up and rigged the former Ottoman Empire, which lost almost everything.

Communal bathrooms are weird and gross. I have no idea how this became the norm. Everybody should have a bathroom to themselves.

Featherweight males don't compete against heavyweight males. Males have physical characteristics that give them an athletic advantage over females. So no... I've never thought this one made sense and I've been called Hitler for saying so a lot.

Another one I wasn't in favor of... and I've been accused of "killing people because it leads to suicide"... except it doesn't seem to make a difference on the suicide front, now that they have numbers to study.
Though, if someone has a child that wants to do all of that stuff and they let them... should the government be able to stop them? What else should the government be able to intervene in regarding parental decisions?

you get guys fixate on the most mundane shite.

Who brought it up in a Ukraine war thread?

Ukraine went from 45 million citizens pre war to currently 22 million citizens not to mention losing 25% of their territory but Kellogg says Ukraine is winning
The truth is Kellogg's daughter runs a NGO in Ukraine and makes millions of dollars from the War. Kellogg is a complete Clown just like all the other Neocons.

Russian Kirishi oil refinery shuts down key unit after Ukrainian strike – Reuters
15.09.2025 21:40
The Kirishi oil refinery in Russia’s Leningrad region has shut down a key processing unit following a Ukrainian drone attack over the weekend.
According to Ukrinform, Reuters reported this with reference to two unnamed industry sources.
The sources said that after a fire caused by the drone strike, one of the plant’s units was taken halted. This unit accounts for nearly 40% of the refinery’s total processing capacity, or about 20 million metric tons per year (400,000 barrels per day).
The sources told Reuters that a furnace at the unit, as well as some other equipment, was damaged, adding that repairs could take about a month.
To compensate for the outage, the refinery will boost operations at its still functioning sections by up to 20%, which will allow it to maintain processing at roughly 75% of its nominal capacity, the sources said.
In 2024, the Kirishi refinery processed 17.5 million tons of crude oil, making up 6.6% of Russia’s total refining volume, according to agency sources.
The plant produced 2 million tons of gasoline, 7.1 million tons of diesel fuel, 6.1 million tons of fuel oil, and 0.6 million tons of bitumen.

What does Thailand have to do with transsexuals?
And again, you can't make it a full page without thinking about transsexuals. I'm sure your search browser history is... interesting.

“Soft empires” ? They already had empires. And what good did their rigging of the Middle East and their soft empires do for them?
And to top it all off they had to resume fighting Germany and start fighting Japan just 21 years later.
You can’t say they win can you? They have never been the same after WWI.
