Well, If you'll recall. Musk has pitched putting more launch/catch platforms out there. I could imagine them in regions of the industrialized nations.
For instance, of the absurd... being able to fly from Talladega National Spaceport (in between Atlanta and Birmingham) to Sydney, Australia in roughly an hour.
