Senator Gary Carter has taken a voluntary leave of absence from the committee.

They're not discussing them today. Probably will be discussed another day.
I doubt Price's bill makes it out of committee but if it does, it'll die on the floor

They're definitely going to be heard, the committee speaker said they were only going to bring up these two tonight due to the request of speakers on each.
