Are there any such rules, regulations, etc from any of those groups that have ever been applied to the state or is this purely performative.

I want to explode in my pants, but... That will be blocked by a Federal court. The states are not allowed to regulate international relations for a reason (rightfully so.) This will evaporate soon. Commerce between CA and TX, for instance, can be regulated by CA, but international relations cannot be be regulated by states.

I invite LA to get rid of all the illegal Hondurans in Kenner anytime soon.
