A pressure cooker is no longer a pressure cooker when you blow up marathon onlookers with it. Same here, when you use commercial grade fireworks to intentionally cause bodily harm it is a bomb, not getting ready for the 4th of July.

I don’t like these riots or agree with their cause but I’m glad I live in a Nation where the government is scared of the citizens and not the other way around.
