I don’t think he’s rattled. I think he is just getting tired and is tired of having to be respectful to this idiot.

Is the prosecutor trying to piss everyone off? My goodness, he is the epitome of a douche bag if there ever was one.
When Rittenhouse said that he was using sarcasm, he should have added - Oh and BTW, your hairstyle looks really cool.

So what
Its going to be some grainy thing of someone maybe or maybe not aiming a gun
But prosecution is going to say he is

Rekieta law makes a good point about someone live tweeting from inside the courtroom saying that the jury is checked out so it makes sense why the defense isn't objecting to wake them up. It makes sense but still seems wrong to me as a layman.

Not rattled but tired of answering the same question over and over again for the last hour

is this drone footage some damning evidence
that's going to show something other than self defense?

Hell, even the court reporter is jumping on Littlebinger's arse now. No time for niceties: "Can you slow down!"

That's the point. The defense doesn't want the jury seeing Rittenhouse him aiming a gun due to the power of suggestion.

The lawyer panel on the stream said there are reports the jury is bored, inattentive.
If that's true, very good for the defense and a reason to let Little Binger hang himself with them.

I'm not sure I'm buying all this. The iPhone software altering the image. Ehh..seems like a stretch.
Granted though, Good play by the defense to move to potentially block an exhibit by objecting to a technologically ignorant judge. And if the iPhone software does in fact contain some sort of pixel alterations, then by its most basic nature it is an alteration of the original video and not comparable to viewing a photo through a magnifying glass.

His question right before the video was pulled up was, "Have you told us EVERYTHING you did up to THIS point?"
So, I suspect the video will show Kyle scratching his left arm pit, or farting in the wind, or sneezing, you know, something really important for that prosecution Gotcha! moment.

It could be enhanced many times tbh. It could have been enhanced by the drone, the operator, then to other devices. Especially with drone and image software there is artificial change the usually automatically happens.

yea if feels like a setup of a gotcha, has anyone in the public seen this particular footage?

The judge clearly said it had to be demonstrated to him that it's accurate before it would be shown. Then Binger absolutely lied about what the judge saying it could be shown then impeached.
The first thing the judge said was that he usually admits the evidence and they let the jury know it is not the original and how it was enhanced. I guess the confusion was the judge meant you have you bring in an expert to explain to the jury how it was enhanced.
