Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them," the network said in a statement to CNN chief media correspondent Brian Stelter.
"We regret the incident and will fully cooperate with the authorities on any investigation," the network added.
So they don't deny he was following them.
Also, they don't mention that he was in contact with an NBC editor.

If he was a "freelancer" how have they been able to discern his "intent"?

Because this judge wants to keep the rwst of his docket going.
That is silly. He should clear his docket and conclude this trial.

All it takes is one progressive ideologue
No lawyer in America is good enough to have a jury free of these, especially when at least 1/3 of this country subscribes to this ideology. The law isn't saving us. Defense lawyers aren't saving us. Secession and armed conflict are the only things that can save us.

Zero doubt they were doing recon. The odds of following behind a bus with blacked out windows and working for msnbc?

Apparently he told the police someone from NBC instructed him to do so.

You can stay your DWI case for a week. I assume he only has one trial in front of him that will/could cause his city to burn. That should be his focus.

This right here. This is the only way. The left is completely unhinged and irrational. It’s time to go scorched earth.
Which one of these guys is you?

ou really can't do that though. It's called the "contemporaneous objection rule" which basically means that such a motion or objection must be lodged at the time of opposing counsel's alleged "offense" or other issue(s) that may arise warranting motion or objection. Or alternatively at the particular time that the objectionable action becomes known to the attorney.
Well, they became aware of Fatlock's explanation that morning, as well as the existence of the two video compression apps on Fatlock's computer. They also just found out that the software use to enhance the video was not for use in court, and was for forensic purposes only.

Well that's not gonna happen. Mistrial is what we need now. Prejudice or not

video clip of judge banning MSNBC scroll down

also: I am leaning towards believing the rumors that one or two jurors are holding out.

Yes. It is written and not spoken word after all.
What's your point, Matlock?

This is 100% a political trial. Facts won't matter for a few jurors. A not guilty verdict is almost impossible. Hung or mistrial. I lean mistrial because I understand that this is opening eyes. We need to shift public perception. Only one side is playing dirty!

Supposedly he admitted he was on assignment. Could have just been heading back to his hotel after the trial, but running a red light near the bus……
So, I can actually buy the fact, that they might have been trying to identify the jurors by their license plate in order to reach out to them for interviews after the trial. Is that illegal? I have no idea. Is that shady arse shite? Absolutely, but our media has always done shady shite to get stories
