Even if he had one, it likely would be voidable for lying to the cops and prosecutors.

lawyer guys just said "head trauma meets the qualification for bodily injury which is self-defense justified AS A MATTER OF LAW"
grosskertuz: "Yeah i was concerned for Kyle because of the head trauma i observed"
worst witness for prosecution ever

This dude on Rekieta just summed it up perfectly. He said GG is just not as smart as he thinks he is. He used the words head trauma to sound super medically smart. However, those two words are a big deal in legal terms.

on a misdemeanor? tough jurisdiction.
if kyle's self defense claim is confirmed in court that he had a right to defend himself against GG... that might just be basis for aggravated assault or attempted murder, illegal concealed carry. and with GG's testimonies and statements to police perjury is on the table given that he is currently trying to sue the city. 'i wanted a nonlethal way to end the interaction' Also 'I was chasing him down and pointing a gun at him'. Also he is reported to have claimed he wished he killed the defendant.

Is Kyle Rittenhouse going to have to go back to Kenosha to defend small businesses from angry commies rioting over his acquittal?

Did Lefty’s extensive medic training teach him the point a gun at those you are concerned for?

The entire left thinks they are smarter than they are.
GG got disabused of that notion by Kyle once and yet tried it again only to get it shoved up his arse by Kyle’s lawyer.

Thats the worst part. The left burned cities over a lie and they will burn them again when the courts rectify the lies.
Its a disgusting cycle.

I like this Runkle dude.

Lefty should be arrested and charged with illegal CCW, perjury, obstruction and at a bare minimum assault with intent to as high as attempted murder.
If he walks out of the courthouse today without being arrested, the DA’s office needs to burn next.

Lefty cities filled with lying “ACLU Legal Observers” like this self righteous POS on the stand that acts like he is an intellectual when he is an outright idiot.
Let them burn. Who cares.

I'm still stunned that the guy admitting to pointing his gun at Kyle. He was trapped on a lot of topics but there was enough wiggle-room from the angle of that picture that he could have denied it. That's probably when the prosecution buried his face in his hands.

DA ain’t going to do that, he’s their star witness.

I’m sure he can get a job on most SWAT teams in the country based simply on the video of the incident.

Is this trial on cable tv? All I have on CourtTV is the Arbery case.

If you team him up with Chris Hansen, is that considered hunting in baited fields?
