If Rittenhouse is convicted it will be a bigger sham than Chauvin. At least with Chauvin I think it was probably 2nd degree manslaughter although I don’t think it’s beyond a reasonable doubt. This is just 100% self defense.

Finding it too late but before they get reamed in court is less embarrassing to them than the charges getting dismissed or the courts crucifying them for fricking up so badly.
