It is still possible to find people who will set aside preconceptions, read the jury charge and attempt to apply it. It is just getting harder to find them.

Binger had a cute moment with his picture of two guys about to duke it out, and commenting that you do not take a gun to a knife fight.
Defense should be able to respond, with a video of President Obama saying directly that his folk are instructed to bring a knife to a gun fight.

It would be not guilty all the way down and if the other jurors wanted to take all day to deliberate I would tell them that I'm going to take a nap and they can wake me when they are done.
