Do you want Dems to stack the court? This is how you give them coverage to do it.

There isn't a single chance that her confirmation will be ruled to be unconstitutional. Stop amplifying nonsense like this.

A president can absolutely revoke any of his predecessor's EOs, such that they have no effect going forward. Arguably, Trump's little announcement might have that effect, though he MAY have to revoke each EO individually.

He cannot retroactively cancel the actions of his predecessor by just unilaterally declaring them invalid.

If he is serious about this silliness (which I doubt), it will go to SCOTUS, and they are NOT going to unseat one of their colleagues.

Remove her from the Supreme Court and allow her to pursue her life-long dream of becoming a biologist.

You at least acknowledge that she's stupid, right? Hell, even Sotomayor has criticized her poorly written opinions.

She is definitely the Court's weakest link.

Judicial commissions aren’t executive orders subject to revocation. Otherwise the lifetime appointment of federal judges would be farcical. It would have already been done.

KJB isn’t getting kicked off the bench over the autopen.

Just curious, would Trump need this Republican Congress to literally do anything about this? Because if so.. and I mean ANYTHING.. there's no way. Not even a question. They will not support anything about this in any way. Just letting you all know before you get your hopes up.

However, just remember. A Dem controlled congress impeaches Trump with their first order of biz.
