Dam's about to burst...

Mueller/DOJ prosecutor Brandon Van Grack - who went after Flynn, threatened his son, and withheld evidence - is gone from the Flynn case.

Didn’t a ton of prosecutors associated with this case already walk? Or was that the Roger Stone case?

I keep getting my show trials mixed up.

He just has that smarmy douche look about him and no surprise corruption follows that look.

Either he is on the chopping block and is going to take his lumps, or he is singing like a canary.

The other prosecutors who withdrew were on the Stone case (to the fella who asked earlier).

Will the last swampy lawyer at the DOJ please turn out the lights on your way out?

Point remains that there seems to be an oddly high amount of people jumping ship on high profile cases.

This tends to be the shite that will make a career for someone.

If half of Powell's posits are true, this Van Grack POS should be disbarred.

This is huge. If you've followed Flynn's case at all you know that Van Gracks prints are all over it. That hes backing away from it now is telling. The credibility of his case if completely falling apart and instead of sticking around to defend it, hes decided to GTFO.

He’s been proven to have filed false pleadings/assertions in response to a federal judge’s order.

That doesn’t end well usually.

I bet DOJ is about to drop the Flynn prosecution.

And the MSM will undoubtedly find a spin to canonize Van Grack as some brave resister as they did with the other Mueller shite-canned prosecutors.

It likely might not have been his decision. He withdrew from ALL cases, not just Gen. Flynn's.

what happens if Van Grack failed to comply with a federal court order?
