This is actually true.

I think you have Jackson all wrong. I read an article on her that had an excellent point. It said that Jackson doesn't rule from a judicial philosophy. She simply rules whatever way she would vote if she was a politician. In short, she believes in power not jurisprudence.
You nailed it.

After high school, Jackson matriculated at Harvard University to study government, having applied despite her guidance counselor's advice to set her sights lower. She took classes in drama and performed improv comedy, forming a diverse friend group.
SFP is definitely smarter

As a member of the Black Students Association, she led protests against a student who displayed a Confederate flag from his dormitory window and protested the lack of full-time professors in the Afro-American Studies Department. While a freshman, Jackson enrolled in Michael Sandel's course Justice, which she has called a major influence during her undergraduate years. She graduated from Harvard in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude. Her senior thesis was titled "The Hand of Oppression: Plea Bargaining Processes and the Coercion of Criminal Defendants"
None of that says impartial.

Just remember Hillary would have been president if not for Orange.
We could be in a much worse spot with the court.

One thing I don't understand is this...when you are surrounded by people smarter than you the normal reaction is a feeling of intimidation. IE, if I were appointed to a committee of scientists to design a space ship to Mars I would feel very worried during the discussions that I didn't understand their analysis. But Jackson is totally confident in her logic. She's oblivious to her stupidity.
That’s the Dunning-Kruger effect

Literally and precisely a DEI justice. Biden SCOTUS Justice job requirement: black female with a law degree.

Here, checked a few more for you....
National High School Debate Champion
Harvard - Magna Cum Laude
Harvard Law - Cum Laude
District Court Judge - 8yrs
US Courts of Appeals - 1.5yrs
(DC District Court)
Honestly, about the same major qualifications as Clarence Thomas, with the difference being Thomas' 8yrs as the EEOC head vice District Court Judge. You may not agree with her decisions or advocacy, but she received her position based on merit, not the things you mentioned.

If Biden was lucid, he would be ashamed of his pick. All of the left was applauding his pick of a black woman to the high court. This, after making it well known that he would exclude consideration of most all qualified candidates. White men need not apply. The most important consideration was having another first, a black woman. Qualifications be damned.

I don't care about this at all. The issue is that the one he picked is a compete dumbass. There are plenty of smart, black women judges that could have at least understood the law.
No one expected a conservative pick, but we all expected at least a smart one.

That is why I said "qualifications be damned". She is a dumb arse.

KBJ is an illegal install from a stolen election...

Of course she isn't, that is obvious.
Democrats do not care. They think its funny.
Remember pedo joey's cabinet?
They feel they are "sticking it to" republicans.

I've said it many times, people with low IQ never shut up when a smart person knows to keep their mouth shut. 35 pages of bullshite spewed and she still attacks anyone who disagrees with her like a petulant child.

Blatantly unqualified people in positions of power discredit the positions and innate moral power of the institutions which they are part of. When Institutions no longer hold virtues deserving of respect, the people whom they serve will lose respect. And both go down in that process.
