My expectations for president are different... as are my expectations for congress critters and any other job, really.
Hyperbole, manipulation, slang and bullshite have no place in interpreting law... but definitely have their place in POLITICS. Justices aren't supposed to be political.

You can’t have it both ways, sis. Either members of our branches of government are expected to behave with professionalism and decorum, or not.

I disagree. I expect individuals who are elected to represent the American people to exhibit restraint and decorum. I’m not sure how you can argue that someone elected to uphold the constitution is held to a lower standard than someone appointed to interpret it.
