Maybe — just maybe — if people came into our country legally, respected our laws, and contributed as law-abiding citizens, we wouldn’t be in a situation where something like the Hispanic Fest gets canceled.

Hypothetical in Memphis/Baton Rouge so you understand what an ICE agent and their team face while detaining an illegal to deport.
The officer and his team are sent into a Hispanic neighborhood off Perkins/240 or in North Baton Rouge to detain Jose Rodriguez who is a felon and in the country illegally. There's no less than a dozen Jose Rodriguez's in that square half mile area. Only 3 have a form of government issued ID on them. Only 5 of those 12 can speak a word of English. On top of all this, these neighborhoods are in very high crime parts of the city. Murders, Drug arrests and sexual assaults and other violent crimes occur on a daily basis. So the threat of violence is in the back of those officers' minds at all times. But ICE should never make a mistake ?!?
