If Ken Paxton gets U.S. vs Texas before the SCOTUS and proves that Texas has rights as a state when the federal government fails to protect the sovereignty of the borders and purposely, through a reckless policy allowing unfettered illegal immigration has endangered the whole of the USA, and he somehow convinces the court to side with Texas, well folks... that's the man I want in charge of the DOJ.

Under a Trump Administration who else would you want in that role that is as tested under fire as Ken Paxton?

Hope not; he’s needed at home.
Texas politicians need to stop treating their positions like they’re AAA farm club spots en route to DC.

Mike Davis is the hard arse lawyer with a constitutional law background that's required to fight the Bureaucratic State Skunks.

We need all of the above average State politicians and officials to stay in their home States.

Mitch and the rest of the uni-party won't give him a vote. They would be investigated and they won't take the chance.

I don't know who he could get through a Schumer Senate.

I want Davis as well, problem is the F'ers in the Deep state Senate won't confirm him because they know he'll light it up.

I agree with Paxton or Clay Higgens. Fully knowing everyone has a price & Clay isn't another Trey. In a non-perfect world, I agree with this list.

Irrespective of the state impeachment proceedings, isn't he under Federal investigation or indictment?

Doesn't the Senate have to approve an AG? Hell, they won't even shut down the Border and an invasion and "fundamental transformation" of the Constitutional Republic which lends them power.

Trump would have to appoint a temporary AG, and even then, the Dems/MSM would gas light the street via Muh Dictator like they did the last time.
