There’s also nothing in the second amendment that says you have a right to own an AR-15. You have a right to bear arms. The government decides which arms are acceptable for citizens to own. If the same gun is showing up in mass shootings, then it’s within their right to ban it. Also, for a group that supports TACO wiping his arse with the constitution, y’all are really particular on this one.

How ignorant of you.

All three, actually.

You have yet to make a legal or constitutional case. So I can only conclude that your stance is entirely political.

It’s a completely unnecessary gun for a civilian to own.

How about these? Are these OK for people to own?

What about this?

Or this?

Do you know the difference?

Did you mean to reply like that to me? Beause you seem to not understand what my post was at all…

I agree with you on 2nd amendment issues, but you’ve either got to improve your posting and replying skills or your reading comprehension.

Legally, all gun laws are unconstitutional. Constitutionally, all gun laws are by definition infringements, and therefore repugnant to the Constitution. Politically, corrupt politicians appoint and cover corrupt judges who conspire to violate the rights ensured by the Constitution. They should all be tried and hung for sedition, but at the very least should not be allowed to hold any kind of public office.

“Shall make no law” and “shall not” are completely identical in textual prohibition.

Not at all. There is no opening in the second amendment, there is no party being restricted from doing anything, it’s an absolute.

Seriously, do you need this explained to you?
