I can tell you for a fact US Marshals did not receive "the email". Not at any level.

I would imagine if that's true for us, it's true for all federal LEO, FBI included. I can find out for sure soon when I work with one of them again, but *IF* this went out to any Feds in law enforcement it's only the paper pushers in the office positions.

because the OPM is aiding and plan to increase their aid to lawsuits blocking terminations.
