I tend to lean toward this being Trumps way of communicating to the people rather than to Patel. Surely you don't think Trump is afraid to speak his intentions directly to Patel, do you?

That's the entire point. You assume criticism or questioning means someone is on a side. You and the other Clapping Seals use this all the time to try to shut down people with legitimate questions as suffering from TDS.
In this case, it's a fair question. Does the DOJ work for the majority of Americans who elected President Trump?
Does Patel really WANT to get rid of the Deep State, Leftist agents that are still in the FBI? The (probably bogus) J6 "pipe bomber" case is being prosecuted by the same woman who railroaded the Proud Boys and allegedly tried to get another defendant to lie and testify that Trump had orchestrated the J6 protests in an attempt to keep the Presidency. Why is that prosecutor still in the DOJ if we wanted to purge the Leftist, Deep State holdovers?
Maybe Bondi and Patel really are trying their best, but it would be reassuring for them to at least address the questions.
