When I was a young buck doing shitty manual labor jobs - not that manual labor jobs are shitty but some are and those were the ones I was doing - one dude I worked with had worked for one of those clothing/shoe drop box places. He said he drove the forklift but all they did was pick up those clothes/shoes, palletize them and sell the pallets by the pound. Not one bit went to poor people, got resold online
