Issues with 20% of voting centers isn't a disruption according to this witness because they had "other options" to still vote. Including having to sign out of the current voting center and drive to another to vote provisionally. If you forget to sign out, or didn't know you had to, now you lose the ability to vote. This witness is a joke.

If there was a 19 inch image my conspiracy theory is that a poll worker, or workers, were choosing the 19 inch image for every X person voting from GOP heavy areas. That way it wouldn't be too noticeable but potentially enough to sway an election.

I came across something recently where they made a good point that the small precincts at the local library or tech center are policed well by granny. But, these large arena situations were likely initiated to cause chaos and allow boxes of ballots to be moved in.
