Because he obviously missed the Maricopa nerd discrediting the entire election bc he said that 19 inch ballots were never created for the 2022 midterms.
That’s an absolute lie. 14/15 randomly examined ballots were 19 inch ballots. The damn things were designed to malfunction. The designed to malfunction created the chaos necessary to disenfranchise Lake’s base and frustrate enough to depress support in a close race.
They fricking did it on purpose. There’s no way it was done inadvertently. None. And it’s worse bc they lied about it under oath.
Dude is not polished or cool and I dont want to date him, but on that point, he was rock solid. It’s not about counting the votes that were cast - it was about making sure that just enough got pissed off and left.
Rick Baris fixin to calculate how many got pissed off and left to a degree of statistical certainty.

The point of fricking up the ballots so that they fricked up the machines was to create enough delay that a certain percentage of people would just leave, and not vote. Hobbs had already banked her votes. Real and fake. They ran out the clock.

Mickey is the guy who has no problem with ballot harvesting votes and elections taking weeks to count, but when we have expert testimony about potential ballot machine frickery on the day of actual voting, be it intentional or negligent, it's a "joke". Should tell you everything you need to know right there.

That's just a really weak argument for Arizona elections when you can go vote at any polling place you want and you can also drop your ballot in a secure drop box on site.

If I went to a poll and it was fricking broken I doubt i would have time to drive around to another poll.

I rarely miss an election.
You're right, I probably wouldn't drive to another location either. I would drop my ballot into the box on site.

Well. Considering the fact that anyone who paid attention to Lake’s campaign strategy KNEW that she was encouraging her people to vote on Election Day, it’s pretty clear circumstantial evidence that the deliberate sabotage of the Election Day infrastructure was intended to result in depressing not only voters - but Lake’s voters.
It’s a standard jury instruction that direct evidence of fraud rarely exists.
This is weaksauce defense of a bunch of government officials who don’t even deserve one.
