I guess she's the first non-black person in history to be a member of the Congressional Black Caucus then.

First, it was that she was black because she went to an HBCU, and now, this? Take a fricking lap.

Are people forgetting that legally you are allowed to claim African American status if you are even 1/16th or 1/32nd black? Similar for Native American. See many politicians that have used that too.

Many scholarships and financial aid actually had explicit fractions that were deemed acceptable.

Reality is that the problem with Harris has been the fact that she has gotten where she has by using her body and selling her race card. Blame Biden for a big part of that with his literally racist and sexist claim that he would only have a black female VP.

Also, identity politics has screwed things up both ways. Louisiana was screwed over by Indians slobbering over getting Jindal into office despite his policies being entirely against their beliefs. Then, they were shocked when he destroyed the state.

In the end, Harris is a fraud for many reasons, but she is technically both black and Indian by their accepted definitions.

Y'all keep saying she "switched" to black for the VP pick by Biden.

I'm showing pretty strong evidence she has always claimed it. Going to a black college, joining a black sorority, joining the congressional black caucus.

That spans over 40 years....

She was raised by Indian immigrants and spent her entire life in Canada and deep blue California.

Briefly going to Howard and joining a sorority makes her understand what’s important to struggling black Americans?

Black =/= African American, which seems to be what people are conflating.

Kamala has no clue what it's like to live in the ghetto, and progs are trying to pretend her dark skin magically grants her such understanding.

Who is Bowman?

The birth name of the guy you're going to vote for for VP.

Why don't you know that? Pretty weird that you don't.

Gopalan is Harris' maternal line. Her black ancestry comes from her paternal line. How much did the OP get paid to spread this propaganda?

Her father’s side had people from Africa.

One side of his tree started with a slave honor and a slave.

He dads side are African and Irish (if you go back 4 generations.

You didn’t. So you are clearly confusing blackish skin with an entire sub-culture of the American population. Now I understand why you don’t get it.

I can also tell that you don’t hang around a lot of black people.

All I am saying is she didn't just start promoting she was black all of a sudden for an election or to get VP. It has been a part of her life going back at least 40 years from college to entering Congress in 2017.

It is so dumb that this is even something people care about, I have never voted based on race and don't plan on ever doing it.
