He’s not that popular right now
There are a lot of approval polls and Trump is polling between 36% to low 40’s. Before the election polls were asking voters who they were voting for, but now it’s about his job performance.
He has pissed a lot of his voters off, but that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t vote for him. He may not be popular or have a high approval rate, but he still has his base.
