Biden was the worst candidate in political history and they replaced him with someone that can speak who’s a woman. A lot of people got excited for it whether we like it or not.
Also, Trump is not a great candidate. He is almost always on the defensive anytime he speaks. It turns a lot of people off (myself included sometimes).
With that said, the race is going to be extremely close.

There is a massive difference between Kamala in 20 running for Prez and now.
She is now the anointed one. Biden has run in the past, but once he was anointed in 20, the media fell in love, pushed his agenda, and eliminated all things bad.
Don't act like Pelosi, Gates, Soros, Schumer, etc aren't gonna take care of her public image this time.

This is true.
The Trump campaign needs to figure out how to define Kamala and break through the media's lovefest with her - hopefully that time hasn't already passed.
It's more and more apparent every day that the Trump campaign has no clue how to attack her and were completely unprepared for a switch at the top of the ticket.
And it's less than 90 days to Election Day (and less than a month before people start voting - crazy, I know) - how the hell does the Trump campaign have ZERO events scheduled?

He’s a great candidate for his base. Beyond that, his personality, name calling, etc turn people off. A good candidate appeals to a larger section of the electorate at baseline than he does.

You may want to check the polls again. 538’s polling averages show Harris in the lead in both states.
