I totally disagree with 1 and 2 and totally agree with 3 and 4.
The crime was the investigation,

Congress cant pass anything meaningful except taxing the hell out of us. They have passed the buck to the courts, which is why they have so much power. The judiciary was suppose to be the weakest branch.

because it can't conclude that the president committed a crime given his prior reasoning. it just presents facts. i thought that was obvious?

Meh. This is actually correct, but same conclusion in the end. Surely you know that this Mueller Report was version B aka backup just on the off chance we find no prosecutable case.

Version A was supposed to be detailing the case or cases pending against Trump.

B it was. Sadest part is that Mueller knew it was B well before "wrapping it up". Dirty

He released the report in it's entirety with no claims of Executive Privilege. How is releasing a report he was under no obligation to release count as misrepresentation?

Agreed. Exoneration of anything to do with Russia. No finding on Obstruction. Barr and Rosenstein put that to rest.

Your need to attempt to shove those words in my mouth is pretty telling. The last line of the Mueller report literally says "does not exonerate."

No finding on obstruction? Lmao. 12 instances of obstruction. You know its bad when your own propaganda network doesn't even fall in line. (Judge Napolitano)

I read his profile —- although I disagree with a majority of his politics, I do find him to be sound, logical and reasonably and very committed to the constitution. He is a republican I could get behind and honestly vote for.

Dream on and masturbate about it to your heart's content, but it will Never Happen. If for no other reason than the Dems have far, far too much to lose by doing so. Sure they'll use it as fundraising rhetoric but that's as far as it goes.

So why aren't these civil libertarians worried about the fact that Trump's campaign was spied on and the muh Russia investigation was based on a hoax? They just gonna skip that part and move on to Trump obstructed a fake investigation?

That's not a real libertarian
