You left off the part from the excerpt where it specifically says “ this report does conclude that the President committed a crime...”. Why was that portion left off your quote?

It still doesn’t say it baw. No matter how many times you paste and how bad you want it. It certainly hints (classic Mueller) but it won’t come out and say it.

Beautiful. Was hoping you would use McGahn. He also said Trumps reasoning was because he felt Mueller had a conflict of interest. I noticed you didn’t address the element of corrupt intent. If you are going to use McGahn’s testimony about the attempted actions as proof of elements of a crime, you must also use his motive given in the same exact interview. This means there was no corrupt intent and therefore no possibility of obstruction.

Again....does your ignorance know no bounds?

you should check again. the intent marker is tough to see. edge of the paragraph.

Hey I’m fitter than I ever was in the Navy. Almost 73in, 177lbs.

You should work out, too, Karla. Might boost your testosterone (much needed for you) and improve your disposition.

because it can't conclude that the president committed a crime given his prior reasoning. it just presents facts. i thought that was obvious?

Requires corrupt intent. If m, as McGhan stated, the Oresident sought to fire because of conflict...that is not corrupt intent.

You aren’t very good at this. That was a layup.

Mueller was unable to conclude that Trump obstructed justice because it is DOJ policy that a sitting president cannot be indicted.

Baloney. Obligatory what happens if Trump kills a guy with a single punch to the throat on federal jurisdiction WH grounds. Caught on video.

The fact that bmy is defending this is a disgrace

I'm embarrassed for him

Perhaps your ignorance is why you thought this. Finding a crime occurred and pursuing an indictment are not mutually exclusive. Yet the report goes out of its way to specifically state they did not find a crime was committed.

Another layup. You aren’t very good at this.

i don't think trumps actions rise to a level worthy of impeachment.

i don't know why i bother when you clearly don't read anything i post

Third, we considered whether to evaluate the conduct we investigated under the Justice Manual standards governing prosecution and declination decisions, but we determined not to apply an approach that could potentially result in a judgment that the President committed crimes.

Similar to liberties taken in "Trump said there were good white nationalists in Charlottesville." Healthy sized liberties we're talking here.

Yes, the left and the media took some huge liberties there too.

The next 18 months are going to be pure hell for people like you, Urkel, sfp, etc.

bmy: technically mueller outlined instances where trump obstructed justice
kct: but he was frustrated by constant accusations it's just human nature
bmy: glad we agree he committed a crime. i don't think either of us really give a shite about it.
kct: bro u are so full of shite

So....they did not make a determination that the President committed a crime. Yet here you are saying the only reason they didn’t indict was DOJ policy? Those two positions are at odds with each other.

Amazing self-own.

It's up to Congress to impeach. Mueller did his job.

Agreed. Exoneration of anything to do with Russia. No finding on Obstruction. Barr and Rosenstein put that to rest.
