The man driving that car stole it. He then USED that car to run over a mother pushing her new born in a stroller.

What did the DA (hired by Soros) do? Gave him a few months of diversionary camp as punishment.

Now it didn't matter that he was on probation for poisoning another person when he stole the car and ran over the mother and baby, KILLING the baby.

quote:

At the time of him running over Rachel and her baby, he was on felony probation for poisoning a high school girl’s drink.

quote:

Despite these horrifying facts, communist LA County District Attorney George Gascon decided to stick to with his philosophy of screwing over victim’s families and pampering violent felons. Baca was given an extraordinary light five to seven month sentence last June and sent to a juvenile probation camp.

The drivers name was Kristopher Baca. It seems he had not learned anything and Justice came calling. He is no longer on probation. He is no longer getting off for his crime.

quote:

A Los Angeles 17-year-old who ran over a mother walking her baby in a stroller in 2021 and received just a few months of diversionary camp as punishment was gunned down in Palmdale, California, this week.

Deputies found him dead with gunshot wounds in a Palmdale driveway on the 83600 block of 11th Street East on Wednesday evening, according to the sheriff’s office.

Setting aside all the hyperbole, there IS a certain irony in the way this ... individual ... met his demise.

Almost certainly a gang/drug killing.

Poetic, in fact.

I doubt the mom or dad of that baby gunned him down, but I'd be ok with it if they did.

If that was my family that's exactly how you would find the perpetrator...I'd make sure of it.

His name was never released because he was a minor. We only found out after he died.

McCarthy needs to do whatever process they have within their power to recall every DA, Judge, that has at least once let someone free for felonies, murder, rape, indecency with a child.

The DOJ has entire divisions that do nothing but stroke each others dicks and egos.

Maybe Wray can use the DOJ jet to go stop this immediately.

Start in Baton Rouge, La. where murderers are set free and some BLM Racist runs the place.

As more Gascons make more decisions like this, this sort of response from the public is inevitable.

I don't think the family of his victims are responsible (likely drug or gang related), but eventually we'll start seeing them become that way. As that increases, the possibility of the Gascons becoming targets (because, ultimately, it's their responsibility to make sure pieces of shite like Baca are locked up) becomes a probability.
