Justice Dept eyes 5.2 million U.S. Muslim immigrants as potential perpetrators or victims

Sharia law makes crimes of behaviors that are legal in the U.S. – such as blasphemy, apostasy, adultery, and homosexuality – and makes legal many acts that are crimes here, including polygamy, domestic violence, female circumcision, forced child marriage, and even so-called “honor” killings and violent jihad.

There is some evidence that state and local judges are accommodating some Sharia practices in America, something that has become a major concern in Britain.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control estimates that more than half a million young women a year are now at risk of “female genital mutilation” in America, a threefold increase since 1990.

A Detroit judge even threw out federal criminal charges against Muslim doctors for performing the procedure on as many as 70 minor girls after the doctors argued they were merely practicing their religion and had the constitutionally protected freedom to do so.

Forced child marriage is another growing problem tied to heavy Muslim immigration. Although 10 U.S. states have passed laws against it, there is no federal law criminalizing it.

Muslims beat their wives in America, they don’t think they are doing anything wrong because their behavior is based on a religious belief that Sharia authorities in America have ruled scriptural.

These decrees, often written in Arabic, are handed down to Islamic councils and tribunals that have quietly formed in towns and cities across America as a quasi-legal system.

Many of these councils also work closely with American police and courts to soften enforcement of laws against illegal Sharia practices such as spousal abuse, forced child marriage, honor-related violence, and female genital mutilation.

“As Muslims, we should participate in the [U.S.] system to safeguard our interests and try to bring gradual change for the right causes. We must not forget that Allah’s rules have to be established in all lands, and all our efforts should lead to that direction.

Mohamed AlGebaly, says in a mosque bio that he was “sent by the Egyptian government to the United States.” He also works the “Fatwa Hotline” for AMJA. Another Egypt-trained judge works with the local sheriff's office.

Sharia also calls for eventual conquest over coexistence, says Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a Hoover Institution research fellow who was born a Muslim in Somalia and now advocates for an Islamic reformation.

“It’s the duty of the believer to spread [Sharia] by any means necessary. It’s a political doctrine. There is no separation of politics from religion,”

It might be a good idea to pass legislation against child marriage.

It's already illegal but in these enclaves and in their mosques they continue citing religious freedom.

It is an interesting argument, constitutionally speaking.

They are deeply embedded, even in our own govt. Sharia already goes against our laws and yet they are (to a point) being allowed to continue. If you get muslim judges and juries, how will anything be enforced?

They are using our own laws against us to eventually take over and overrule us.

I had a friend who served in Iraq and Afghanistan tell me that its very common for the men to frick other men in these Muslim countries. And we are hearing all about the gay Ayatollah in Iran these days. So how does that reconcile with homosexuality being punishable by death?

These people are putting me in a tricky situation. Typically I'm not the type that would advocate for just wiping the slate clean and removing everyone of a certain demographic, but if their leaders are outright saying that they will not assimilate into our culture, they gotta go. It's that simple. No, we do not condone domestic violence, forced child marriage, or the genital mutilation of children. Anyone who is trying to push this frickin bullshite in this country needs to find their arse in a boat back to Goatfrickistan or wherever it is they came here from. No exceptions.

Did you not watch the video posted in here a couple of days ago were the Imam was saying it's perfectly fine in Islamto let your religious teachers sodomize you if you're preparing your a-hole to hold a bomb.

Also, Muslim men just really really like fricking in the arse. Especially in Central Asia.

This how Democrats have infected America. This is precisely the outcome of what happens when you believe assimilation is not required.

In order for Democrats to continue racial divide, they must have immigrants come here and be allowed to keep their way of living and beliefs.

That is not what The Founders ever intended.

Anyone failing to assimilate to American values and American Law should have their immigration revoked and returned to their home country.

Freedom of religion is an individual right

Meaning that forced child marriage an female genital mutilation infringe on others rights so freedom of religion doesn’t apply here

Who's going to enforce it? They already have help from local police and judges in some areas.
