Correct. And these same pussies were ok with Ashley Babbitt being shot unarmed.

You need to calm your tits, dude.

Being skeptical until we hear what he has to say is reasonable.

But the outfit screams looking for trouble to me.

Having a gun despite being a felon is questionable.

There are a lot of red flags to not start instantly knob-slobbing Ed and waiting to hear what he has to say. You are demanding everyone believe him without question. You are the one overreacting.

The left doesn’t do this for any of their agitators. They bail them out of jail and bury reports on them.

The left is not honest either.

We can acknowledge that many of the participants in the January 6th riots made horrible choices and even broke laws while still acknowledging that it was an orchestrated entrapment exercise by the Feds.

I think it’s an inappropriate time to roast him for it. He made this thread just as he got out of DC prison as a political prisoner, to share a joyful moment with us

But oh yeah, let’s chastise him in the very thread

It's more of a series of bad desicions for me

The shooting, the gun when he was a felon, the beating a cop while dressing like an extra in a Mad Max movie.

I can buy he was maybe railroaded once over the shooting but to put yourself in a position to be railroaded again and even knowing the FBI is looking for you yet you kept a gun in the house.

It's a lot of red flags

I refuse to take this position seriously when the consensus of the board is that killing Arabs is good and they don’t deserve rights

I can do some of it now, yes. I’m checking here every thirty minutes or so. Some of the questions are off topic. Some I’ve answered. Some are political gotchas that I’ll simply ignore.

Got a specific question? I may just answer it

5 years seems excessive then.

When has this board ever said killing those surrendering is OK?

That's not what is going on brother. You guys are hanging this man without hearing the full story and were already proven wrong about him having the gun on him in DC. The same treatment they gave President Trump. Meanwhile Republicans stayed silent for the most part with Ashley Babbitt. I get passionate when I see a wrong being committed. Let's not judge until we hear his story

I’d say some of both. I think there needs to be a harsh few years if we were serious about turning things around. If we think it’s just going to correct itself by us having the constitution on our side (which has been relatively meaningless for decades) then we are lying to ourselves.

Yeah same. I was just listening to Auron MacIntyre's podcast (for the first time - so not necessarily an endorsement) and it was discussing the first 100 days concept and the likelihood that the administration is on borrowed time to engage in more radical acts/arguably extralegal/non-norm stuff. I think that's probably true. I expect Trump's team will be quite aggressive in the coming months, and then will move back toward "normal" as the left gets their footing and finds some counter narratives that work. Right now they really have nothing.

Ultimately I think it will be effective in a limited way - resetting things to zero/neutral and requiring the left to regain that ground (hopefully in an environment where their base demos are more skeptical) - but I'm not convinced that any watershed stuff is going to be accomplished.

Holy shite. He passed furniture out to the crowd. Execute him!

That indictment is very telling. They threw the book at all of you. I’m glad we managed to get Trump back in office. I can’t wait to see the collection of stories come to light.

How were you treated in general on an every day environment?

What was the court situation? Did they give you anything resembling a fair shake?

Anything you would consider particularly egregious that you experienced?

Good Move. The real Patriots have your back brother. Did you get hit with any of those Rubber Bullets the Feds were firing to instigate everything?

I made my point and don’t want to continue this discussion. You know very well people say absolutely bloodthirsty things about Arabs on this board every day. I’m more interested in asking the OP questions and telling him I’m glad he’s out.

No. People are forming opinions. That's human nature.

Many are still saying they will wait to hear his side but you can't expect people to not form an opinion.

This thread has the potential to discuss many aspects of how our society/government has lost it's way.

1) BigEdLSU should have never been in Iraq to begin with if not for the MIC
2) BigEdLSU should have Never been in DC to begin with if not for the Deep State machine.
