Would the Dems override Trump's veto just to show him who's boss?

Only possible with GOPe help, which is likely.
Stop voting GOPe, vote only MAGA.

So are the whores in this thread who don’t mind babies being murdered as long as it’s politically expedient for them (a.k.a. Democrats).

This is going to hand liberals their first major win since the Trump / Harris debate.

Or Trump can came out strongly against it and crush it.

This is how you melt, kids.

The Supremes rightly made this a state issue. Murder is abhorrent, and the murder of unborn children is unforgivable in my opinion, but it I’m perfectly willing to let God deal with the murderers to keep the issue where it belongs.

It wasn't the Supremes. It was the Founders.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people

He also needs to immediately announce that he opposes the re-election of this idiot, as fast as he slammed Columbia's president.

It is. Determining punishments of murder is not a power the States granted to the federal government. Not all States have the same sentences for all like/ similar crimes. State legislatures and State courts shall determine what constitutes a crime in the jurisdiction of that State.

That is a mistake and then some. It’s where it belongs with the states.

Murder is a State issue, constitutionally it is not a power of the Federal Government. This will not pass and even if I did, when you lose both houses and the Presidency they will just reverse it.

Was only a matter of time before one of the crazies wanted to push it to the feds. Let the abortions ago, if you think it's morally wrong simply don't get one ...

What a fricking stupid comment!!!! Duh, they are morally uncomplicated because they are fricking innocent unborn babies that have voice or way to defend themselves!!! That should be the mother's job, unfortunately those mothers are so twisted and evil, they'd rather fixate on murdering their child than focusing on how to protect it and give it a chance at life.

Ridiculous and evil.

Besides, this issue has been settled. It's where the Constitution dictates it should be, with the states.
