Some evidence may not be absolute proof that a speculative conclusion is correct but it is still evidence that "tends to prove" a speculative conclusion is correct.
I would mostly agree, but suggest that evidence may not be absolute proof that any conclusion is correct. But for it to be evidence I would agree that it would at least need to "tend to prove" his conclusion, Which it does not. It is equally likely that it was ancient lizard people using atomic bombs that wiped themselves out, or how about more likely a meteor?
So I don't think many examples of "evidence" provided here fall under the category of evidence, rather speculation.

I never said he provides no evidence, just that none of the evidence is what he is claiming it is [proof] of. Its just speculation for his conclusion, not [enough] evidence for it.

Na I was ok with the first time. He provided evidence. Just none of it is evidence in relation to what he was concluding, its making speculation in regards to his conclusions.

I have no doubt there are many awesome creatures that live in the sea which we have yet to discover.
I find it very unlikely however that such massive creatures could exist relatively undetected in the San Francisco Bay. It has an average depth of 43 feet, a max depth of less than 400 feet and is encased on 3 sides by a surrounding metropolitan area of 7 million people.
A 60+ foot animal is not going to remain a legend for very long under those conditions.

What's that supposed to mean?
It's supposed to mean that I have no idea how you use the thought that "we do not know how the Great Pyramid was built" to somehow justify the feasibility in a "devolutionary [sic] view of man."
Firstly, while we don't know exactly how the pyramids were built (because there's no consistent/supported records, as far as I know), there's plenty of research on the many ways they could have been built. It's not like it's some profound miracle that they were constructed.
Secondly, the two ideas themselves have literally nothing in common.

Why the "[sic]"?

Maybe I watch too much History Channel but I'm starting to come around.
You already know the answer. If they were not real it would be on science fiction channel, not History Channel.
This is yet just another subtle bit of psychological gaming by the government to ease the shock of the release when it happens.

Why the "[sic]"?
Because I'm an idiot and thought it was a misspelling of "de-evolutionary," despite "devolutionary" being a real word.
TIL.

Just agree to disagree and move on. You guys have been going back and forth for pages and neither of you are budging an inch. You're just repeating yourselves at this point.

In spite of all the anecdotal evidence, some "experts" who don't even believe in the possibility that sea serpents might exist are attempting to discredit my and my brother's close definitive sighting of a sea serpent by invoking Occam's Razor and claiming what we saw was probably an oarfish even though what we described seeing didn't look anything like an oarfish.
Yeah, that doesn't look like a sea serpent at all.

You wish my brother and I barely saw what we claim was a sea serpent so you could just dismiss our sighting as simply a misidentified object or known marine animal
Because that's what it was. Where have these magical sea serpents washed ashore? We had evidence of giant squid for years before we found a live one. Why is the only evidence for your 'find' your own memory and dispositive photos?

Then beyond that, there are no aliens. The Universe is extremely hostile towards life. The fact that we have life on Earth probably can be traced back to our place in the Universe. The Milky Way is located in one of the biggest voids in the Universe. However, there have been numerous documented events in recorded history that came pretty close to ending life on Earth. Now think about that, what if the Earth was in a much more densely packed portion of the Universe? The chances to end life on Earth would greatly go up.
Yet here we are.
There are likely several intelligent alien species in the milky way

Please. Trump as President is PROOF there are no alien cover-ups. You think for 5 seconds he wouldn't go around telling everyone how we have the best aliens at Area 51?
