Won't work for red states. You would have to cheat in too many districts.
The Dems control the big cities. You can add an extra 40,000 ballots in Detroit, Philly, Atlanta, and Phoenix, but you can't do that in the Republican strongholds. Not enough people. You would have to cheat in multiple districts and it would be way too hard to not get caught.

You think they cheated in small red counties? They didn’t need to and it’s inefficient as hell. If he lost margins in most counties in Georgia that’s a trend.
