I don’t want them to lower taxes of select individuals to buy votes. I’d rather they don’t do that.

90% of taxpayers take the standard deduction.

Raising the standard deduction is a tax cut for 90% of taxpayers.

Stop arguing tax if you don’t understand it.

And if you take the standard deduction, congrats, you get a tax cut.

How the left has manipulated this is say a rich person is having more $ cut than poor people.

That might be true, but that’s because 6% cut on $1 million is more than a 16% cut on $15k.

Therefore Trump loves millionaires more than you even though he gave you a larger % tax cut.

Once upon a time the average conservative would be against using the tax code for social engineering and political games. I can't decide if the people who attempt to play this particular "all tax cuts are good you commie" card are idiots or just dishonest.

So because we're not getting EVERYTHING we want we throw a tantrum?

Trump said to not tax tips, overtime or SS and to raise child tax credit, thus they follow. Every single one of those items would be supported be Kamala (and some explicitly were).

You'd probably need to address that to someone actually throwing a tantrum. I'm just talking about our spending problem.

Who knows how much "Golden dome" will actually cost, but they say $175B over three years. Get out of Ukraine, suspend all support for that war and that will probably more than cover it. There are few spending increases I'll support, but I'd vote for that right now to get us out of that boondoggle in Europe.

Why does that list bother you leftards so much?

Because it makes America better. And since Libtards aren't Americans and hate America, they hate this list.

We absolutely have a huge government spending problem and have for a long time. It can’t/won’t be fixed overnight. It has to be done incrementally, which will require some consistent leadership in Congress and the White House. Will we ever get that? I can’t see the future, but the immediate past says no.

A lot of thesr things have nothing to do with the budget which is why people are complaining.

I only remember no tax on tips after Trump said it.

Do you have a link to her saying she would not let the 2017 tax cuts expire?

I feel like you are just making shite up.

Or just come out and say it, you don’t want tax cuts.

Trump, the master deal maker, can't get a bill passed without bending the knee to big spending GOPe "conservatives." Although if you consider that Trump wants to spend then actually spending IS conservative and you're a bot TDS leftard! Winning!
