Wait is he not in custody and also being evaluated?
The court will not release him until the eval is complete. Then depending on his eval it will determine what population he will be inserted into. I guarantee he will be in protective custody, due to his name.

The people who had to handle his case as a presumed racial attack had to be furious about the man hours, resources wasted on this fraud. I'm tired of hearing about how he's the victim after being the one who created this hoax. As they say: deal with it.

If it hasn’t been said already he’s about to end up in the SHU.
For those that don’t know it’s a “Special Housing Unit” it can be worse than regular jail/prison. Mush more restrictive.
