This guy was a 3%er militia member and yes, the left has been ridiculous charging some with not even going in.
But this man is a nut case that posted evidence against himself on telegram.
His son is a democrat but this stupid nutjob threatened to kill his kids if they told on him calling them traitors.
GoFundMe gave the kid money to get out of this mans house. This Guy Reffitt is a prog filths wet dream. An idiot.
The article makes sure to call him a Trump supporter.

Reffitt was not convicted of insurrection, and from all the arrests and indictments I've seen so far, the charges on these guys will also get reduced to lesser offences

You can easily tell which direction an article is going with the inspector gadget reaches and word drops they put in.

Super naive question, but one I’d like answered by people more knowledgable than I am, so I’ll risk the insults.
Is it possible to rig or fix juries the way elections - particularly primaries - can be?
Like, to limit the pool of jurors so that the only options are jurors sympathetic to the preferred party?

Not going to lie, have always felt this way about people who play games with the lives of others. And I've spent time behind bars due to a cop with a power trip. I can tell you with all that free time. I'd plan the expiration of all involved if you took my life away for years.
