The Judge's husband is deleting his posts now.
Instantly making it worse.

the judge who just ruled that President Trump’s administration can’t arrest any more illegal aliens unless they have a warrant for their arrest,
Not entirely correct.

The injunction is in effect in the jurisdiction of California’s Eastern District, which spans the Central Valley from Redding to Bakersfield.
This is a limited TRO for the judge's district only, and not a nationwide one.

For as off the wall some of her takes are, this is an incredibly reasonable and fair doxxing or whatever term is appropriate
And it shows libs for just who they are. They use nice sound bites to enrich themselves.

Typical Democrat Crook
I'm sure they go home to a mansion with security in a gated community while expecting the peasants to live with criminals.

Not in the (I'd wager intentionally) misleading language I quoted (which is all that 90%+ of people will see as its not part of the hook/teaser (part before "read more)
Also, her description of the ruling is wrong
quote:
The ruling prohibits Border Patrol agents from taking similar actions, restricting them from stopping people unless they have a reasonable suspicion that the person is in violation of U.S. immigration law. It also bars agents from carrying out warrantless arrests unless they have probable cause that the person is likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained.

The bottom line is that Biden has muddied the legal waters with his pseudo asylum policies. The Dems know that such will require litigation which will in effect nullify any deportation minus such. They knew that once across that Border all but the most heinous are here to stay. And vote for government subsidies I.e. the Dem Party. Not rocket science but highly contentious and inflammatory as it’s essentially an invasion and takeover of a people’s freedom and property just like the historical record reflects. And MAGA knows this.

Neither power nor role is set in stone. You've already seen the judiciary damage itself so badly that it's politically feasible (and maybe even advantageous) for the president to thumb his nose at them. They created that environment.

And MAGA knows this.
And so do many of us.
The formula is:
Bring in millions of new democRat clients with blatant disregard for the law and with no due process.
Insist that all effort to correct the situation follow all laws and process to the extreme thereby delaying the correction for years and with all likelihood that efforts will be abandoned over time.
Convert illegals to voters thereby ensuring one party rule and a permanent socialist state.
Game over for the U.S.A.

Obvious that she's doing it for her husband's business. These people are stupid.

Between 2006 and 2020, Americans’ perceptions of their courts were most often in line with the median for OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries, with a majority in each typically expressing confidence. Since 2020, confidence in the courts across the other OECD countries has been stable, while the U.S. has seen a sharp decline -- 24 percentage points -- in the past four years. The resulting 20-point gap in confidence between the U.S. and the median of OECD nations in 2024 is the largest in the Gallup trend, which dates to 2006.

I don’t care that this is a conflict of interest, and I don’t want it thrown out on those grounds. I want the judge that made a shitty ruling to be told she made a shitty ruling, and then to frick off.

That's the problem with the judiciary: they're essentially never told to frick off. You make a bad ruling you just go about your business and make the next bad ruling as you see fit. There are no negative consequences so they're not going to stop until there are.
