Well, think of it this way. There are millions of citizens who are incarcerated due to not being able to make bail, some who remain that way for years prior to ever getting the chance for a trial. Many of these people are 100% innocent.
They'd kill for these restrictions to get bonded out

Thing is, he has no need to criticize Jack Smith and the Court personnel as part of his campaigning. I think he is still free to say the case against him is political and lacks merit, and that the DOJ is out to get him. Just leave out the names.
I doubt Trump appeals. If he goes, SCOTUS won't even take it up.
