Did she specify which account? He as an official POTUS account (that he hardly uses) and a personal account that he uses all the time.
Anyway, this ruling seems like a violation of the 1st. It should be appealed.

thats not how the 1A works in a public forum.
FAIL.
Come on man, this isn't that hard to figure out. IF Trump has a personal Facebook where it's just his family and friends and shite, he can do what he wants, but he uses his Twitter account as an extension of his office and so he can't deny access.

ESPN can no longer suspend conservative employees.
Facebook and Twitter can no longer delete, blacklist conservative pages. They can't even delete pages that express hate speech anymore.

As others said, this is Trump's personal account and is not an official government account. Therefore, he has the same rights as a private citizen.
Moreover, the 1st is not absolute. People can and are arrested for speech (threats for instance). If someone is being abusive, they have no 1st amendment right to continue that behavior and the recipient of that speech has the right not to partake or listen.

so anyone who uses an account for any purpose other than "family" is using it as such an extension...
hence the term PUBLIC FORUM.
again, this now means that twitter and other social media outlets are PUBLIC FORUM's and subject to those rules on free speech protections.

Why? Twitter and FB deny access to certain comments and posters all the time.

This isn't going to apply to us at all, dipshit.

This had already been ruled on. If a politician is using their personal social media account for ANY official reason, they can't block citizen's access.
Blocking a twitter user from replying/DM'ing you is not the same thing as blocking their access to the tweets.
I don't even have a twitter account and if I go to twitter.com/realDonaldTrump I can see everything he tweets!
check it out, all of his tweets are right there!
Now, if Trump made his twitter account "private" so that only people who were following him could see his tweets then the judge may have a point.

Exactly. It's going to open a can of worms. If the Internet is now governed by the 1st, then Google, YouTube, FB are going to be in a world of hurt. They're going to have to scrap all censorship and shadow banning algorithms, etc.
how the frick is that a "world of hurt"
that's what the internet is

Trump will carry it too high court its over reach for the judge to say that.. Cause its his personal account.. not the Official white house one..

Oh but it does! Either it's a public forum or not. This Judge says it is!
