Not his dad, his wife’s dad worked for Hamas. The wife appears to be a bigger problem than him but he was no stranger to Hamas himself.

Yeah, that’s evidence of a connection to Hamas of some sort.
I’d like to see a case being made more about some specific activities besides being just some random at a rally.

You admit he is a foreigner with connections to Hamas, but you still want him to be able to stay here until "specific activities" are committed.

No, not at all. My point was that attending a rally isn’t harming anyone.
If there is probable cause for surveillance based on his ties… so be it. I certainly don’t want Hamas operating terrorist cells in the US.
But I wouldn’t compare the first amendment right to assemble (legal) to pedophilia (illegal).

Well the other guy posted a pic of him and a Hamas politician, so in this case yes. Otherwise, not so much. In a few of these other high profile deportation cases, the Government hasn't known jackshit that the rest of us haven't known.
Alot of this visa/greencard deportation bullshite has been nothing more than a light and sound show for MAGA and Israel. Mostly Israel.
