Merchant is delusional, he still thinks he is relevant.
The country needs to make an example of Merchanny so this political prosecution doesn’t happen again. I dont know what the options are but we need to make sure political prosecution doesn’t happen again…..

Yes. And he allowed Michael Cohen the convicted perjurer to testify and excluded evidence that he was a perjerer and would not allow Trumps attorneys to impeach him on known prior false testimony.

The ENTIRE case was BS from the start.. every single bit of it, as was the case itself every step of the way. Not one single word of it will hold up on appeal. That being said, immunity doesn't play into it.

Which one is before the NY Supremes where they savaged the prosecution team to the point where they were begging to be spared sanctions? I think it was the Mar a Lago/ Deutsche Bank case. Is that Engoran?

Yes.
Merchan's case has not gone up on appeal yet because not all post-trial motions have been disposed of.
The fact that Trump cannot procedurally appeal this yet is absolute proof he has not been convicted.
That said, if the "plan" is to hold this open until after his term like the Sword of Damocles, he can seek appellate intervention.
