So what are the secret files? The DOJ NSD trying to unseat a sitting President? Nuclear Codes? Dumbassed Milley's dumbassed plans for anything?

It is mind-blowing that no one was held accountable for the Afghanistan withdrawal, Bowe Bergdahl, Obama's Iran deal and so on...
Why wasn't anything done to stop Obama and HRC when they gaslit Cairo and placed a muslim brotherhood presidente' that murdered Christians, burnt Churches, relics? It was so bad that Egypt sentenced Obama's puppet to life in prison.
They said they wanted a color revolution, so sad....ya know...they just want to change the world with global marxism..

If Jack Smith shows classified documents to jurors that don't have the proper clearance, wouldn't he be in violation of the espionage act?

I suppose you COULD seat an impartial jury that could pass all the background checks necessary for the appropriate security clearance, but do you have any idea how LONG that would take?

Does she have Jack in a trap?
If he divulges the national security documents to the jury does he compromise national security (he doesn't)?
If he does not divulge the documents to the jury does he violate the defendants 4 amendment rights?
Jack may drop the case to avoid divulging national security documents to the jury unless Jack does an interlocutory appeal and the 11 circuit rebuffs Judge Cannon or takes her off the case.

You're using common sense but still being down voted. This seems to be exactly what the judge is saying. It appears that the government prosecutor doesn't want this, which means the documents aren't nearly as bad as they want us to think they are. Jack is just being your typical scummy lawyer who knows he has no case.
