Funny how any litigant at any level, from JP court to SCOTUS, will make this sort of allegation when a ruling goes against him.
No funnier than how any lawyer at any level will knee-jerk and defend the judiciary.

They aren't "running geopolitics and national security" They're filing lawsuits alleging the admin didn't follow the law/Constitution. Due to the novel applications of statutory law by the admin, and the admin possibly ignoring court orders, we're in pretty new territory here.

Copy of the response the DOJ sent to the judge

exactly. It's wild how many people just want to defy judges, like that is a good thing. Those people were due in court, the judge is 100% in the right here to order them back. Hopefully the judge holds someone in contempt.

and youre fine with that? Our 3 branches are equally important and currently POTUS has launched a war on any judge who doesnt rule his way. That is not how this is supposed to work, nor how you should want it to work

Co-equal does not make a district court judge equal to the President.
Only SCOTUS is co-equal.

That doesnt mean that POTUS and the DOJ can just not listen to what a federal judge says. POTUS can appeal the rulings if they don't like them. That said just flying them out when they have a hearing is out of order

Name them, please. I think it would help us all if there were 6 violations of law Trump! was effecting.
I’ll grant that whether these are bad guys or not is mostly irrelevant.

Where is anyone here making that argument?
The point is that litigants have ALLEGED that he has done so and that the Judiciary needs to answer that question.
Oh look lawyers wanting more bureaucracy and court cases and slow decisions and stalling and appeals and more money!
frick off, the president clearly has the power to run the Executive branch. Get fricked with your bureaucracy and lawfare.
Otherwise this country is fricked because every action is going to take 8 years to even begin.
fricking lawyers, I swear.

I don't necessarily agree with them, and I certainly am not going to make their arguments for them here.
The POINT is that the allegations have been made in duly-filed pleadings, and they should be addressed in due course.

It's going to be a rough 8-12 years for you.

Nope
The president can carry out his duties as assigned to him by the electorate and the Constitution.
A district court judge does NOT have the power given to them by the electorate nor the Constitution to direct the President on matters designated to him by the Constitution.

They better bring up this piece of trashes conflict or interest as well. That could add weight to his removal.

Seriously just tell that judge to frick off. Let his law clerks fly those gang members back and they can stay with him in his house while the appeals take their course.
