We don’t have to keep people in the country who are here at our pleasure because your liberal inclinations want that to be the case.
We could easily refuse admittance to anyone we believe to be connected to terror groups. Why couldn’t we deport sympathizers who are here on visas?

They were arrested back in April of 2024, including ilhan Omar’s daughter.

More than 100 pro-Palestinian protesters at Columbia University were arrested Thursday afternoon and an on-campus tent encampment was removed after the school's president gave the New York Police Department the green light to clear the protesters, officials said.
The demonstrators had occupied Columbia's south lawn for over 30 hours "in violation of the university's rules" and did not leave despite "numerous warnings," New York City Mayor Eric Adams said.
Columbia President Nemat "Minouche" Shafik announced in a letter to the Columbia community Thursday that she has authorized the New York Police Department to clear demonstrators from campus, writing, "This morning, I had to make a decision that I hoped would never be necessary."

Rule of law.
Slippery slope to future President AOC deporting people who support Israel or whatever outgroup relative to the Executive in power.

You didn’t say anything.
Not in your first post. Not in your second.
If you want to try to make an argument, use your words.

Then what's the point of immigration courts?
More than likely it will get to an immigration court. Everyone has Habeas rights, but it is not likely Khalil has a shot at winning.

These judges are traitors. They should be sent with the rest of the deportees.
They are usurping the executive branch

The question you need to ask yourself is how this meager “student” was able to lawyer up with a team of attorneys so very quickly.

He isn't a student, he graduated in December and is a permanent resident with a green card.
When ICE agents arrived at the campus building Saturday, they also threatened to arrest Khalil's wife, an American citizen who is eight months pregnant.

Hasn’t the Supreme Court already ruled on this and determined that INA decisions are largely immune from judicial review?

Did they bring him to live at the judge's house? I am sure he will not kill the judge in his sleep, with a knife he finds in the kitchen.
